graduated in 2003at
Universidad Simón Bolívar in Venezuela. That same year, and
before his degree, he is hired by PDVSA, with the position of
Seismic Interpreter. His first assignment was in the Noroeste de
Monagas Project, in which the team he was working
discovered the TRAVI Oil Field, adding one of the largest
hydrocarbon reserves to the portfolio of this South American
country. Subsequently, under an accelerated training he
worked in areas of geophysical acquisition (3D Seismic
Acquisition Project Florida Amarilis) and seismic processing
(Basic Processing, Pre-Stacking Depth Migration and VSP
Modeling). It is then assigned to the Roblote Area for the
creation of velocity models and visualization of seismic
attributes, as well as to the area of Barinas as a Seismic
Interpreter, achieving important results at the level of studies
of seismic interpretation, seismic attributes and seismic
velocities. In 2009 he completed his Master's Degree in Europe
(REPSOL Training Center and Heriot Watt University),
graduating as an MSc. in Petroleum Geology, where he makes
a remarkable final work in geophysics and geology in the
Orinoco Oil Belt, which earned him recognition. Since 2010,
and with 8 years of experience, he begun to take part of the
PDVSA Exploration Project in Ecuador, where he worked as an
Exploration Geophysicist/Geologist.
